You can tell that Sharda took her time writing this eBook because the
attention to detail and the care for the customer that is shown throughout
the book speaks for itself. I actually had FUN reading this book because
of all the interesting information.

There's an interesting section about common problems, such as traveling,
begging, chewing, barking, and about 30 more, and she goes over each one in
extreme detail. You are never left behind as the customer I can guarantee that.
All you have to do is follow her methods STEP BY STEP.
